We wanted a nice, smaller place to dine and stumbled upon this place. Easy to get to, beautiful, quaint, charming restaurant. They spoke some english and had the menu available in english as well. I had my first paella dish. Excellent. We went at lunch time, (later afternoon) which was still busy but worth it. Anyone who experience's Madrid-Barcelona will not be disappointed.

Very good food and quite reasonable, well located as well. Service is good but as teh restaurant gets quite crowded it becomes a bit slow. But the food is great, plentiful and reasonably priced

Food Oasis

After several less than ideal meals at some of the recommended restaurants in the area, we took a chance on this one just because it looked so inviting. The food was great. But the staff made the meal complete with their professionalism and competence. By evenings end, we knew all of the serving staff and had met the chef. The food was superb and well presented. The recommended local wine great.

Good, but crowded and the service is average
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/22/05
The food here is great and varied, at a very reasonable price, and the atmosphere is very nice, ideal for a romantic dinner, for example. But, unsurprisingly, it sometimes gets very crowded, and the problem you'll find then is that the service will be slow and not too attentive. Definitely try it, but preferably not on a weekend.
