    This monastery is an oasis of peace in a frenetic city. Visit inside the walls and you'll sit with quiet pilgrims and nuns. A bit worn down, the edifice is still gorgeous. Well worth a visit.

    Also near the RamStor near the Sportivnaya metro station-- a great place to get nearly Western goods for the homesick.
