Great food. We couldn't get booked earlier in the evening due it's popularity so didn't get to the restuarant until 12.30am. Taxi driver took us there and we paid for him to pick us up. At that time they got us seated within 10mins.

There are at least 100 better cafe/bistro coffee shops in Moscow that don't pretend to be the center of cool. Nothing is worse than a place that pushes its own importance over the quality of the food/beverage and service.

Avoid this and any other place that you see on the web, go to the real places where people are not professional Disney wannabe's.

i went to this resturant on my wifes birthday and had our reception for our wedding,the food is great,service fantastic and the dirctors name means mushroom,would reccomend this place to anyone,looking forward to going back,my father in law is friends with the cheif and director and i wish to say a big thankyou for them both

We loved everything about this place. We went there for dinner. Biblioteka Level is wonderful ambiance. Great service. Ask for Roma-waiter. He speaks English and Russian, knows his food and wines and could recommend to you what you want based on your taste. Very attentive. When we came back for lunch several days later, he remembered what we liked ...
