Take the bicycle trail to the plane crash memorial. It is a beautiful deciduous forest trail that takes you to the site of the tragic catastrophe of May 9, 1987 when Lot flight 5055 crashed with 183 people on board. all were lost. The site is now a memorial with a marker of those who died and a large crucifix.
