Wonderful wonderful city, you can walk around for hours, everything is pretty, I usually don t fancy castles but the Wawel hill is greak to hang out on, there s ambiance... food is good in Krakow, we went to restaurant "pod aniolami", it was wonderful and the ambiance,... wow! Loved the hot spicy wine in the wintertime in the market square!

I was there with my family only for 2 hours and I'll never forget about this place. Polish castles are great, but Wawel is amazing. You must go there :)

You can walk all around the Wawel mound and grounds for free. You only need a ticket to go into the indoor exhibits.
Tread softly--remember that the Poles consider the Wawel to be their national treasure.
