First of all this is no longer a working brewery, which is dissapointing. Nothing more than a cheesy museum. Let's face it drinking Heinekens is more fun than learning some fun facts about it.

Used to be good
By redhat, 01/11/08
I used to go every year for my birthday, but since Freddie died they decided to turn it from strictly marketing/not-for-profit (they used to give the money to Terra des Hommes and other NGOs) into a commercial venture.
So there is no guide, the parts your walking through are not used as a true brewery, and I thought it was a little overpriced. I will have to say the beer tasted amazing and the atmosphere was enjoyable though.

Well worth the entry fee!!!

Great 2 hours spent here, make sure its one your schedule. Faced with a rainly December morning we made our way here, great attractions and plenty of free beer.
Sat near the exit enjoying our free beer with people passing giving us there unused beer tokens, passed then on to a stag party who I'm sure used them wisely!!!
The new "Heineken Experience" isn't as nice, as informative, or as fun as the "old tour"... but I understand why they changed it. Free for me!
By A Yahoo! Contributer, 05/29/07
I am not a beer drinker and I just wanted to say I'd BEEN there done that - but wasn't prepared to pay 11Euros to do it. So, I spoke w/the manager and he allowed me to go into the gift shop - no charge - I spent what I would have for the tour and free beers on souvenirs from the Heineken shop, left a video signature in their e-scrapbook and ...
I loved the Heineken Experiece (museum) because it had a lot to offer: you learn about the origins and development of the beer, you get to do fun interactive things like DJ or make a video, and, of course, you get to drink the beer. My experience was particularly fun because Henry (the bartender) hooked my friends and I up with a lot of beer for the road! It was definatley worth 10 Euros.
