This was an excellent experience. We had lunch and the food was incredible. Carre of Roast Beef, Mini Meatballs, Pasta, Coffee & Dessert were exceptional. I highly recommend Osteria and suggest lunch (take a break from all of the shopping & site seeing). I will definitely go there again.

Osteria Belle Donne is my favourite eaterie in Florence . I have eaten there every time I have travelled to Florence , including two trips with my children . The worst pasta I've ever had in Italy, undercooked and sticky. Add to that the atrocious service by the one waiter trying to attend to all the tables, and a waiter with clearly a big attitude problem, and you have the recipe for a very bad dining experience. There's so much good food in Florence; why come here and be mistreated.
