Old Boluisce Vs New BoluisceBack in the 90s this establsihment won seafood bar of the year...in the country. since it changed hands circa 1993 it has gone vastly downhill. Up until 93 it was owned and run by the same family for 20 years and became an icon in its own right....wouldn't touch it now though!!!OVERALL

Very disappointing experienceThe sign swinging outside says 'locally sourced fresh fish', yet I ordered a prawn open sandwich and the prawns were barely defrosted as well as being totally tasteless they were covered with a watery white sauce. NEVER AGAIN.GO ACROSS THE STREET!THE SERVICE WAS PRACTICALLY NON-EXSISTENT.THE DRINKS WERE SHORT AND WARM.FOOD MUST HAVE BEEN COOKED TWICE AT LEAST.FEAR OF FAILURE EXTREME AS BOTH MANAGER/OWNER AND DAUGHTER BECAME HOSTILE ON RECEIVING COMPLAINT.NEVER AGAIN.GO ACROSS THE STREET FOR A BOWL OF CHOWDER,TWICE THE SIZE,FAR SUPERIOR, SAME PRICE AND A MUCH BETTER DINING EXPERIENCE WITHOUT THE RUDENESS.OVERALL RATING MINUS 6.0 of 1 Yahoo!
