WE RECENTLY MET A YOUNG TAXI DRIVER-VERY NICE PERSON IF YOU CONSIDER THAT MOST TAXI DRIVERS ARE CREEPS.WITH 80 EUROS WE HAD A FOUR HOUR TOUR DOWNTOWN ATHENS.WE VISITED ALL FAMOUS PLAXES IN ATHENS,HAVING EACH PLACE SOME TIME FOR US TO HAVE A COFEE OR SOMETHING.HE WAS VERY POLITE SO WE HAD HIM AS A PERSONAL SAUFFER TO DRIVE US IN ATHENS FOR THE WHOLE ...

The view from the Acropolis was amazing. We enjoyed our hike from site to site. All the things learned in elementary school made more sense as we saw the remains of them.

I would suggest a good pair of walking shoes as most of the remains are in a large vecinity. The only way there is by foot.

There is nothing that i dislike about this wonderful place! IT'S MAGICAL! This is where EVERYTHING started ! This is indeed the cradle of humanity,and civilization!

Wonderful view of Athens skyline,magnificent feeling oh history and culture and a sence of the highest ideas of Ancient Greece, such as Democracy, Meritocracy and Isonomy.The place has a magic touch, which affects everyone, without exceptions.Really amazing............

I love walking the Acropolis in the scorching sunlight, but I also love wandering the ruins on a fullmoonlit night (when open on special occasions.)

The place still has a good vibe, after thousands of years and as many wars... Check it out for yourself and try meditating or you can pray where St.Paul prayed its a good trip!

Gotta love being on the Acropolis with the Parthenon and the other historic places in the same area such as Ancient Agora, Mars Hill where the Apostle Paul spoke from and the Dionysus Theater. Plan on spending the entire day at this one location. Well worth it. Figure out the trains that take you to within a few hundred yards of the Acropolis ...

I like the feeling for the reason that many,many years ago people walked on this places.
I dislike the slipped ground under my leggs.
But how can do the manegement of the Partenon?I don t know.

I to visit Acropolis all days , during the 42 days that I was in Athina.Acropolis is WONDERFUL and to time I think that I am greek and not only a brazilian woman.
