Better than Gibson'sThe restaurant is located in a small dead end road "somewhere" in Hamburg but one of the finest steak houses in the world. If have been to Gibson's steakhouse in Chicago or Harris Steakhouse in San Francisco this one tops it all.
Excellent beef comes with excellent service.

Best Steak in HamburgZur Schlachterbörse is a very traditional old German restaurant, the Filet steak was fantastic and cooked perfectly.
The ambiance was that of traditional values with closely sat tables within many smaller rooms, this gave it a sence of warmth and exclusivity.
The service was very good and the selction of meats was extensive.
