I had saved to buy something specifically from this store. My partner took me to Paris for my birthday and the staff refused to serve me. I will never buy Chanel again.

this is like the best place i ever went to while i was on a trip in paris....it was so awesome!!..i would like to visit it again some day....

The history of this store is legendary. Chanel's original business apartment is directly above the store (not open to the public) and she slept across the street in her suite at the Ritz. Our experience at the Chanel store on the rue Cambon exceeded our expectations. We were not as well dressed as we would have liked or anticipated, as we had visited the Sacre Coeur in the am where it was HOT! The sales staff could not have been nicer, and were very accommodating concerning our purchase, shipment, etc.
