When I entered this supposed "Marveous French restaurant" I expected to be waited on hand and foot, but was completly and totally horrified to be made to wait for food for well over 45minutes. The food was alright, but for that amount of money. I almost expected to be fed.
Overall I wouldnt return.

I have been to Laduree on numerous occasions, but I have never had the horrible service I had a few weeks ago. When I visit Paris, I always have breakfast at Laduree. I didnt like any of the things here!!! I dont know when is the best time to visit. Mabey my family came at the wrong time!! But everything was horrible

We were seated at the table but the manager and wait staff refused to wait on us. We finally got up and left, but not without saying something. I happen to be an American who loves France, but this treatment is totally unacceptable. No one should be treated the way we were treated at Laduree.

This food was absolutely the worst french cuisine I have ever had. I hope that maybe you will next time make sure that the service is a little better....

Superb location and ambiance; one of the top tea rooms in Paris. We went with a group of 30. The long waits between courses was tolerable, as it is the way to dine in Europe and, especially, Paris. Laduree is one of the classic tea rooms in Paris, and there is a location on Rue Royale which makes it a nice place to stop in the afternoon, in the middle of your shopping session on Faubourg Saint Honore.

This is a reasonably affordable restaurant of your dreams, and all in Rokkoko style. Many cozy individual dinner chambers rather than one huge room make for a private and yet selectively social atmosphere.
