Unfortunately, there is no way to give "0" stars in the rating which would have been appropriate for this restaurant.

Lets go one by one:

Papad: It was not fresh and we could feel it as a wet paper. We didn't order them...was given to us. At the end we were charged for them :-(

Curries: There was no hint any Indian spices in ...

"NEVER EAT HERE".


1- Its very expensive. The kind of price I would pay in Sangam or Sangeet in Munich, one of the best.

2- They have placed Pappads on the tables. You can see them on every table. Sure they taste a few days old. not covered with ...

We visited Innsbruck (2 adults and 1 child) during the last week of Nov. '06. The food was quite a surprise. It was very fresh and the service was very personal(quite a change from the service at Kanchi in Lucerne, Switzerland).

For U.S.-based visitors - the lunch buffet is worth the money (usu. 3 vegetables and 1 meat dish). Soup and desert ...

We had the opportunity for a little indian-restaurant test in innsbruck few days ago. the winner - there's no doubt - is sahib.
Must say that the service and quality of Shere Punjab was the worst we ever saw all over europe!!

I just loved the food at Shere Punjab. One just has to cross the bridge from the Godlen Roof and you see this hidden treasure. I loved the food, it felt like home. The people there were very helpfull and the food just was yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy.

They got special lunch menus and dinner. It is excellent value for the money spent.
