The experience itself was priceless. Watching the monkeys roam free and in a natural habitat. The only thing I would say was negative is the fact that the ride made my mom a bit nauseated. Someone that came along even jumped into the water and took out a star fish so we can see it up close. It's an experience I would never forget.
We took "La Paseadora" at the Malecón (boardwalk) in Naguago and I have to say that for $10 a person this was one of the highlights of my trip to Puerto Rico. We chartered a boat out of the Palmas marina. The captain and the first mate were very friendly and personable. It took approx 15 min to reach the island, although we were not allowed to get very close.
