The atmoshere was neat you could combine sight seeing with some shopping. There wasn't a whole lot of outlet stores and the stores that were there were a little higher priced then the other outlets. Its pretty cramped the sidewalks are built for one and if your driving parking is limited and if you park in a ramp its expensive.
