This was a place that we were not looking for, but decided to check it out. This is a very beautiful, old style cathedral. Well worth stoping by to check it out when your wondering the streets of Old San Juan.

What I loved about this place is that it's location was in Old San Juan were the streets were antique because it was kept the same when the Spanish came to Puerto Rico and of course the structure of the cathedral and it's culture. The Cathedral of San Juan in Puerto Rico is one of my favorite one's since then.

Yes, this is where his body is buried. There is always a solemn atmosphere here and worth the visit. It makes you feel good to be inside and echoes of the ceremonys are always heard.
