service is not as it should be for a very expensive restaurant, the food is a surprise, some things are good other are awful. Overprice.

Take it from a local, when you go there you will always find something interesting. Whether it's Jose cuatro tetas, one of the full time waiters, or lively youthful Citizens, you can be sure you will have fun. Some of the locals get crazy doing things which range from guitar playing to merengue dancing right there in the restaurant making the ambience incredibly dynamic!

I have been travelling to Santo Domingo for 10 years now, and this is the only place to get a decent meal. They recently opened Marocha WOW, finaly breakfast in Santo Domingo, Its like going to a trendy diner back home. Defenetly a stop while in Santo Domingo.

it used to be good, but recently the food and service has been awfully bad and the prices keeps going up and up everytime.

Excellent food. Phenomenal ambiance. Would highly recommend the Pepperoni Rolls (Shrimp Tempura/Smoked Salmon)! I could eat 100 in one sitting. Also great is the Penne Rustica y the Teriyaki Tenderloin. Every dish is spectacular.

One time (at the SDQ location), I did feel a bit rushed by the Maitre D' as the line for tables swelled.

Other than that, every trip to Peperoni is a treat!
