    Had an absolute wonderful time in Havana. Attended a fishing tournament with five friends. Cuban Customs were no hassle at all. Providing beverages versus cash is my recommendation. Locals are very friendly. Traveled to downtown Havana when we were not fishing. The town is a throwback from the late fifties. Cuban cigars where out of this ...

    The hotel itself was passable. Clean and comfortable and not too noisy. However its location ispoor if you want to spend a lot of time in Havana itself as it is too far out to walk, and the shuttlebuses (although free) are not very frequent.

    All in all, this was fine for a two night stay, as we did, but I would not have wanted to stay any longer.
