    Along the eastern wall of the DONG XUAN MARKET (outside) are the live animal vendors. Gechos are sold to be put in bottles of alcohol. "Good for health." They're sometimes cut-up with scissors on the spot for a customer. Cages are packed with them. Look for Rhesus monkeys down low, sometimes in wire cages or wooden crates. Sellers ...

    it is a very busy market, first level sell mostly of shoes and dried food stuff, decorative items, 2nd floor is mostly clothing
    it is a good market to find cheap stuff, it is cheaper to shop there compared with the market at the hong khiem lake.
    but the lane between each stalls are very narrow, you really needs lots of skill to move through
