In the day it is a simple local luncheon restaurant with lots of locals and central Thai guests having a quick and authentic lanna meal. In the evening the more refined garden restaurant opens serving the same fair but with a more relaxed and romantic setting.

It is not a western tourist spot, so if you like bland Thai food, go back to night market area. But if you like real northern Cuisine it is for you night or day.
