Wish I knew ChineseThe building is beautiful. I got stuck in there during a rainstorm on my first day in Taiwan. The guards really do look fake. I wish I could read Chinese, because almost nothing was in English, so it was hard to know what you were looking at.OVERALL

Nice building, but great park with terraceThe building is nice, but one should check out the park nearbye with a impressive view (like a postcard) on the fishpond and on the 101.

EducationalThe surrounding gardens are worth a trip unto themselves. The interior of the Building is nice. But the most important and ,in my opinion, the best feature is the changing of the Guard which happens once or twice a day(I beleive 11am?).
