Everytime I go to TW I HAVE to go to Mitsukoshi, especially on december, when it is everything on sale. I just think that it should have more variety of clothes, more european style clothes. The Mitsukoshi that I most enjoy going is the one next to Warner Village and Hsin Yi District in Taipei.
What I liked about the store is that when it first opens up at 11 a.m. , all the employees are lined up in the aisles and when you walk by, they greet hello and bow down. What an amazing feeling. One does feel like a king or queen. Even at this type of high end dept store, you can still get a bargain/ discount. It is equivalent to a Macy's/ Bloomingdales here in the U.S.

Good department store with an *Awesome* food court!
The basement of the Mitsukoshi in the HsinYi district (across from Warner Village) has a *fantastic* food court in the basement. Can't go wrong here. It's tasty, inexpensive, clean, and a very non-intimidating style for non-Chinese speakers.
