The CCP does not only host good movies but houses the country's premier art companies. Among its tennants are the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, Tanghalang Pilipino, the Bayanihan, and Ballet Philippines, among others. The CCP is also an art form in itself. The whole building is a sculpture, a true tribute to the arts.
Karen and I watched 'Noli Me Tangare' and 'Vertigo' in the the late 80's. Execellent sound and picture. Ambiance were very chick and modern. Admission fees were reasonable. Best time to watch would be in the late afternoon, a prelude to a dinner along Roxas Blvd or nearby Malate where you could find excellent sushi bars.
