Tagaytay is a beautiful place where the views of the lake are spectacular, the air is fresh and cool and the food is wonderful. i went with some dear friends who took me on a day trip to leslies for lunch (looking out towards the volcano) and then to sonja's garden for herbal tea and deserts. whilst at sonja's be sure to look in the gift store and ask to look in the cottages, beautiful.
If you happen to visit Philippines and you are staying in Makati or Alabang Area, don't forget to visit Tagaytay.It is just a 45 minutes drive on normal traffic. WE were advised to visit TAAl at Tagaytay and the time recommended was early moning but being on the business trip and having only a late afternoon to ourselves we tried to expllore the place by taking a cab from Manila t 3 pm reaching Taal at 430pm.
