I travel to Manila several times a year. The Harbor view is always on my list of restaurants to enjoy a meal. I try to eat there at least once each trip.

Great atmosphere! Casual and non pretentious. Located near the US Embassy just off of Roxas Blvd. The restaurant built on a peer extending out on to Manila Bay. Prices are reasonable and service is attentive.

Open Air, no AC only ceiling fans.

This place was great. They serve good food, they render good service, the place was extraordinary specially sunset. WOW!
The first time i visited harbor was with my friend. And it continous with our other friends. Then, there is this time that me and my friend Joel treated the whole group for a dinner and whe enjoy the whole night that were there... Thanks HARBOR VIEW.. That was very memorable to me... ONE OF THE FIRST REAL RESTAURANTS I VISITED IN MANILA, NOW BEING A REGULAR VISITOR TO THIS FANTASTIC PART OF THE WORLD I LOVE TO REVISIT THIS RESTAURANT AND TASTE THE CHILLI CRAB, TRY IT, ITS A BIT MESSY TO EAT BUT TASTES GREAT. we are constantly looking for great places to eat and we stumbled on this nice restaurant. after seeing the menu and the sunset, we ordered mostly seafood. the servings were small and the waiters kept getting the empty
plates, glasses etc while we're still eating. it seems that they are in a hurry to clean the table. this annoyed us. the food taste good but the selling point of this resto is its ambience.

This restaurant was recommened by a close relative and it was our first dinner out together. It's set on a pier in Manila bay and at night is a very romantic place to have a dinner for two. a very wide range of food and excellent seafood. we went twice in my two week visit there and enjoyed it emencily both times. if you Love seafood it is the place to go.

My Parents have always brought me and my sisters to this restaurant and I've really grown to love it. As a child i would order their spaghetti and ice cream(which were so yummy) everytime and leave the restaurant with a smile on my face and a very satisfied stomach. You got to be kidding me. The place is average at best. Definitely not a top 10 on my list. Take my word for it, it's not worth it. Had dinner there on my mom's birthday. The food was so so and the service abysmal. If you want a decent seafood resto try the one next door. Forgot the name. It has a better ambiance and the aroma emanating from that restaurant was much more appealling than this one.
