unvaluedThis is a nice place but the management is bad and the people there is really rude, include tour guide and officer.
The entrance fees is very expensive, not allow to take photo and we are not allow to walk by ourselve and there is only few parts of the mansion allowed to be visit.
the fees is rm12 per person but nth much we can see inside ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

If they switch tour guide, I might considerThe mansion is beautiful.Worth visiting. It will be even better if only they allow us to take pictures inside. It's historical anyway, should share the treasure with others and hey, it attracts more tourist to go if we can see that it is worth that visit. However, the tour guide was really rude. spelndid venuejust a little too hot for comfort..but apart from that just great. We were there for Dr Mahendra Sibartie and Dr lee Teak Tan's wedding..and what a wedding/reception it was too.

unpleasantThe entrance fee are very expensive and unvalueble. We had to stand there and listen to the tutorial for more than half and hour it's bored and hot until i seawting. And we are not allow to move around by ourselves. this is a historial place but we are not allow to the photo it's wasted the beautiful of the interior design.0 of 1 Yahoo! awesome!i love everything about the mansion.. cooling blue-indigo walls.. beautiful nouveau glass stain windows (by the way there are 220 windows) .. iron cast staircase.. you've got to be there to experience it (and the power of feng shui of course).. feel totally at peace..

Definitely worth a visit!I'm a student from Kuala Lumpur and I've been to the mansion once and I loved it! Although the admission price would be cheap for tourists, it's a bit high for local students (always on a budget!). Fascinating!I am from Penang and I didn't realised that there is such a beautiful mansion in the island until last week! We went for a trip around the mansion and it was truly fascinating. So many rooms and its even a hotel! The architecture is really intricate and detailed, it was mesmerizing!
