Fort Cornwallis is well preserved and the visitor can take a journey through history with the opportunity to take photgraphs alongside an yesteryear soldier with his ancient weapon. It is an experiance to hold this heavy gun which I believe is at least 4 Kilos in weight. Taking a photograph against the Dutch cannon is also a privilege. It is an important site in Penang not to be missed by the traveller.

Negligence of tourists safety

I would like to point out that the management has failed to ensure the safety of the patrons especially concerning the wild horses placed infront of the history galery. Catastrophe is waiting to happen as children who play there are prone to be kicked and stomped by these wild horese. My advice to holiday makers is to keep an eye on your children as the management has taken this matter for granted.

I would recommed Going to the fort Corwallis but at the garlleys. You have to go in and out it gets trieing and annoying also
