Many other situations occurred during my function, such as ...
The prices has gone up. It's now RM70++ per person for dinner. For me, it's not worth paying that much. The food quality has plummet down tremendously. The cultural show is not as good as it used to be. The ambience is still nice tho. The service...well let's not even go there!!!!
Overall - am pretty dissapointed with Seri Melayu ...

Be careful for the pitcher
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/06/07
It is a quite big restaurant with a dance show stage. There are so many varieties of asian food. We ordered a pitcher of orange juice that eventually emptied our wallets. A pitcher costed 70RM where buffet for a person was 65RM... 70RM was exactly the same price for our train ticket for two to the airport... And this orange juice was not that good. However, my overall experience was good.

Worth going!

It's purely a place for tourists. If you can't stand dirty food stalls, this is the place for you to have a taste of Malay cuisine. Recommended.
