Okay, I am going to take time out of my day to explain something very simple to some of you people.

The reason they do not take "reservations" is because if they put together 3 or 4 tables for a large group to come in..and usually large groups are late..it takes up most of one server's section which can completely RUIN that ...

Sorry, i have no comment toward this restuarant. Bcos, I have never been there yet. And, going to try it very soon. By the way, may i know the price range of foods in Chili's Grill & Bar?? THANKS!

the service, food and food servers. the managers would come and talk to us asking how's the food while looking at the ceilings. the 'general manager' as been told by a staff was only sitting aroung reading the papers when we customers have been waiting for over 30 mins.

Everything are excellent, except not able to cater for group. I was told due to the tables are fixed and not designed for large group.

I went few times to Mid Valley outlet. I like the STAFF named Hanour. Check his name tag! Very polite,Good looking and Smile most of the time. Wonderful Service from him.

I called Chilli's Bangsar for a reservation for 15-20 people and they said that they have a "no reservations" policy and all persons have to be present in order for booking to be taken at the time of arrival. Business must be good for them that they can afford to turn away potential patrons.

Chilis is a good place for you with kids. One free kid meals for each adult.

The view from the KLCC is very nice. Food are great.

Business must be too good for them to turn away good money.

They do NOT take reservations. I had a group of 24 people and I was not prepared to walk in only to have the group broken up all over the restaurant in small separate groups of 4 or 5.
