Actually, I am a Japanese. I don't know what you feel about kyouto tower but it is nothing. Kyoto station which locates close to it was build 5-7 years ago,maybe. It would be much better than kyoto tower. Faciliies are old and dirty. I recomend you to not to get in.

its piano, the atmosphere, the rounding to kioto city view and the special trate of the perssonnel , in special miyoko san is beautiful and bery nice , i hope to come back to kioto next year to kioto tower

This is a review for the all you can eat and drink bar which is held in spring and summer every year at the base of the Kyoto Tower. The view is awesome. The all you can eat and drink last from 5:00 - 9:00 PM every friday/ saturday/ sunday. They have great assortments of Japanese food (good quality). There is light beer, dark beer, mixed beer, ...
