Great! (If you don't mind the peddlers)This is an overall review for Ubud, not for the Ubud Tourist Information center (which was less than enthusiastic). Ubud was the best part of our trip to Bali. The downtown (two main parallel streets) of Ubud have several cheap to mid-range hotels. There are a number of temples and the Monkey Forest Sanctuary within walking distance. UBUD a mustUBUD, the market place is a great place to start and get a feel for the price. Bargain, Bargain, most likely will get it for 60-70% less. Best places: Temple in the center of town, Lotus Resturant just up from the Temple, a great place to eat and the view is exotic.
