It was very peaceful and we really enjoyed ourselves, be careful of the "artists" trying to sell you fake paintings. We hired the canoe from Segara Hotel in a village on the Lake called Kedisan, we had a nice lunch there as well. It is a beautiful part of the world

Best seen in the early mornings, when the crater lake is cool and pristine. A welcome break from the hot and humid beach areas ( one hour away ). Take in a sunrise breakfast at the Lakeview Hotel, or bike down from here on an Eco tour ( though plantations and villages where allt he children wave and say " hallo" ).
