    One of the highlights of our trip to Ubud in 2005 was the food at Batan Waru. We tried it initially after a recommendation in a travel guide and were not disappointed. We ate there on more than one occassion, including breakfast, and vowed to return upon our next trip. Great value. Fantastic atmosphere. What more can we say.

    great place to eat, different food well cooked and served in true balainese style. We eat there often when we are in bali - close to a major shopping area which is handy for all the guys who want to have an jce cold beer.
