I've been twice to Cafe Lotus and both times I had to wait and wait to get my meal. Nice location but I will not return any more. I much prefer Cafe Luna.

The giant lotus pond fronts a stage for performances, with the Pura Saraswati royal family temple as a backdrop. The menu has something for everyone and at reasonable prices.

The ambiance and setting is incredible. Where else can one have dinner overlooking a beautiful illuminated temple. The food is not bad either... not the best I have had in Ubud, but definitley good enough. Dining here is a must!

Haven't visited for many years but an absolute haven for the exhausted traveller
