Yes, this place does tend to have amongst the best cover bands in town, but be aware that they generally change every few months. It is more a big party bar than restaurant. Good choice of beers, including Kilkenny. Yes, there are a lot of "bar girls" but if you tell them to go away they get the message.

Dark and dingy, caught my husband in their with one of their OVER friendly "waiting staff" more like hooker!!! She then had the nerve to give me evil stares when I removed my husband from the bar. Ladies dont trust you husband to go to this one on a lads night out!

I am in Shanghai three times a year for business. Every time I choose a hotel on Hengshan Road just to be near Bourbon Street. I like it!!!

This is the place to be if you are over 50, balding, and unhappily married or if you are under 20, perky, and needing money in the worst way. As for the music and the drinks, it's neither the worst place in Shanghai nor even close to the best. So, unless you are wanting to get your groove on with the best of the oldies and a clientele to match, I'd go ahead and skip this one.

I had read in the description about this place that it had very good cajun and creole food, but all the menu had to eat was a burger and fries.

Good place to listen to the resident Filipino band and drink a beer. This is a place for single men, if you know what I mean.

Would be an OK place if not for the hookers who pester you ever five minutes. Give this one a miss.
