This used to be such a great place to take the grandkids. Now it's just a plain, run down, shabby place. Have stopped going there altogether. Greatly disappointing.

Note to tourists: this is not in Johannesburg; it's about 35-40km east. A park past it's prime & in need of upgrading. Best visited in summer when the grass is growing. Good for children who (or adults) who do not deal with nature on a regular basis, eg those who live in dense cities.
It's a fun place for younger children. Be sure to take carrots and other vegetables to feed the animals.

It may be free entrance but it certainly was not worth paying. It was not even worth the cost of diesel driving there. The whole park has a totally run down appearance and could do with a total upgrade. This is certainly needed if the Bunny Park wants to continue to be graded as a tourist attraction. Shame on you Ekurhuleni Metro for allowing this.

We enjoyed the open spaces for the kids to play and run after the bunnies. It is nice to have a place where young and old can go and relax and have some family time. The picnic spots were very neat and tidy - thanks! Thanks also for the fun stuff for the kids to do!
Dislike: My husband really wants to see some grass.
