The four wine cellars and range of the world's best is amazing! Their menu is small but extensive and has beef and venison dishes (I had Eland fillet), it has various seafood, roast duck (my wife had this and she said it was devine) and a few vegetarian options.
Well worth a visit.

I really get nervous around new year and the silly season. where to go? is it going to be a blast? do you go out and spend it with strangers or stay in and risk becoming bored? An enjoyable meal, excellently briefed service. A very good selection of wine. The menu had some interesting items (not the biggestchoice but enough for dinner) and I was pleased with my choice of steak. Not the best steak I've ever had but very good. Salad very nice too, original presentation. Very reasonably priced and well worth visiting.

Browns is my favourite place to visit while in South Africa and makes any trip complete, the wine cellar is mind-blowing! I recommend a visit to this spectacular place to anyone.

Browns has a wonderful Cape winelands feel with an amazing selection of wines. The place has a great feel of being upmarket yet relaxed with good service.

Brown's is an enjoyable resturant. The food is amazing and the service is outstanding. They have one of the most tasties and juciest steaks in Johanneburg.... Visit them and you'll what I am taking about
