You can find here most of the traditional dishes which you can rarely find at one restaurant. Go for Keshek with chicken, Moumbar, Stuffed pigeon. You can find grilled meat & chicken better elsewhere though. Very much worth a visit. Also, the one at Heliopolis is not good for indoor sitting.
