Weekends are packed so you might prefer going up during the week. Take a sweater for the difrent climate at over 2100 Mts! In clear days you can look over the City on one side and the Ocean on the other; if not you can experience being on an Island over the clowds!!! Restaurants, Ice Skating Ring and Souveniers...

The view was unbeliveable. For all my friends who hate heights, not to worry it was a safe and easy ride. We also took the Jeep ride while we were at the top on the mountain.

loved it all. there was nothing that i disliked. it was the best experience ever. u should also visit angels falls. and if u get the chance jump from the top!!!

The Avila mountain is amazing, and so its view of Caracas. The restaurants is something you should not skip while visiting. The history of the Humboldt Hotel is fenomenal. If have the time, and interest, you could climb it (the mountain) up to "Pico Naiguata," which is the highest mountain in El Avila, and camp there or go back the same day... could be 5 - 6 hrs climbing! A blast!

it was so amazing and i am going back again this summer! The people were so nice and the weather was perfect. Everything was so unforgetable. I definetly recommend this to everyone who vists this wonderful country...

The city was absolutely beautiful from the teleferico as we went up and then came back down. The top of El Avila was nice, it kind of reminded me of the mountain tops at home in Tennessee in the summer.

It was fun to ride in the Teleferico. Just make sure you take a sweater or light jacket with you, as the temperature drops at the top of the Avila mountain.

As a little girl growing up in venezuela i would always go to el avila on the weekend to my mother.We would start at the bottom and walk our way as far up as we could.It was quite amazing. I never got the oportunity to see the peak of el avila the 11 years i lived there.Last year for x-mas i got the oportunity to go home and visit i still was not ...

Great day, amazing night! Good service, good restaurants, a must if you are in Caracas. Price is ok, could be cheaper, but it is clean, organized, nice, and safe.
