Every time I go to Lima, I pass through Costa Verde. It is a beautiful ride, with lots to see. There is a mall called LarcoMar and it is overseeing the ocean. It is full of nightlife. It is worth the visit.

This is definately a top 3 spot of Lima for me. Costa Verde stretches for miles. But if you start at the Larcomar plaza and follow the sidewalk north, you will walk through many different parks that sit on top of the cliffs over looking the beaches and the oceans.
