Dangerous Black Market?I would have to say that Ipiales is a place where tourist can definately go,and feel safe about their surroundings.Every time I go back to visit Ecuador it is one of the places I cannot afford to miss. The Black Market of QuitoSure, there's a lot of high-quality stuff for low prices, but it's all stolen! This is where all the stuff that gets ripped off from tourists and locals ends up. It is very dangerous to tourists -- don't bring a wallet or passport, or any other valuable items.
