Title speaks for itself, which is very dissapointing (it is worse to realise that to have a bit of the black stuff you have to go to Brazil or Argentina. Not the same....I would recommend you bring a few cans).

I have to say that staff are not great when it comes to service...it is like they can not be bothered.

This pub is near to Toba subway station, the hotels in the world trade centre and close enough for clubbing afterwards in either Provedencia or over the river to the seedier places.
