I've lived here for a while but when a friend suggested Mataderos (slaughterhouse) market I thought it would be something different and had never heard of it. Loved it! There were locals dancing in the streets, awesome stalls of crafts and not many tourists in sight. The BBQ food that you can eat outdoors under a shady tree wiht a cold beer is delicious and the atmosphere totally fun and laid back. Felt like part of real BA life.
