Taronga Park Zoo is more than just a zoo. Sure, you get to see the animals, and the wildlife, and all that. It's very educational, not only for the little ones, but for adults as well. They have some wonderful shows as such the Bird Show which is absolutely amazing. The Seal Show is also quite a good catch.

I like it there because it was peaceful and calming and the one place I wanted to go on my first trip to sydney.

I would say that the best time to vist is whenever you can it is one of the places both children and adults will love.

The experience was one I will cherish for awhile all the animals were also so close yet so far.

The place was very accessible from the city by ferry. It was an experience in itself riding it and you can get nice views of the Opera House as well. The zoo was organized, clean and all the animals looked well cared for. There are several places where you can get a photo opportunity and get up close to a Koala. I went to the zoo during my four month stay in Australia (I'm from the U.S.)and still look at all my pictures from the day with a smile on my face. It wasn't overly crowded which was nice, and the ferry ride to and from the zoo was beautiful. My favorite part of the zoo aside from the animals was the beautiful view of Sydney's skyline. I would recommend this spot to anyone!

I loved Taronga zoo. The ride out on the ferry is lovely as well as the cable cars up to the entrance.

The animals all seemed happy and well kept. Maybe it has something to do with the fabulous weather in Sydney. There was a baby chimpanzee that kept us very entertained with acrobatics. Taronga Zoo is well worth visiting.

I liked seeing the animals. Tyhe overall experience was wonderful. My favorite animals were the australian then the Afraican, then the Others. I espeacaily liked the seals and the dolphins.

I have loved visiting Taronga Zoo,
