Tried the new Pastizzi cafe in Newtown, found out they are the old occupiers of The Crown St pastizzi Cafe. Hve to say, dont know whats happenned, but who ever makes the new Pastizzi in Crown St have to be commended. The Pastizzi are absolutely sensational. Professional appearance, texture, taste and still cheaper than the (inferior)ones in Newtown.I cant stay away from this gorgeous little cafe....highly recommended.

Pastizzi quality here rates highly and as a bonus you can also find the local Maltese soft drink Kinnie. Prices have gone up a bit in recent years but they are still cheaper and better than the other Maltese pastizzeria in inner Sydney, found in King Street Newtown.
