    I think the best time to go on is when the skies are very clear,the decorations are fantastic!From the height people look like little ants.

    The view is breathtaking! Best to go on when the skies are clear. There are posters around to help you identify the different landmarks. Great phototaking and video-making opportunity. I will certainly go back there again!
