Best mexican in the suburbs I have found I love the shredded beef taquitos! so good. Everything here is authentic. I usually hate mexican rice but at El Loro I could eat it by the pound it is so good!OVERALL

El Loro in Savage MN - The best AUTHENTIC Mexican food ever! We order the Special Fajitas for 2 and it feeds two adults and 2 small children. The chips and salsa are never-ending and VERY addicting. We visit about one a week! Coupons are hard to come by.OVERALL

¡Delicioso!El Loro is the best mexican restaurant this side of Mexico! The wait staff is very friendly and efficient. The food is excellent. My favorite dish is the Chori Pollo, a breast of chicken smothered in white cheese sauce and mexican chorizo sausage served with brown rice and refried beans with melted cheese. Affordably AddictingBest little lunch spot ever. To stuff your self for about $5 without eating fast food. It's very fresh, very tasty, and the service is very fast. Love the free chips, salsa, and this delicious white ranch like dip for the chips. MMMM. Careful, El Loro can be addicting.OVERALL

Good reasonably priced foodI consider El Loro the type of restaurant that offers food similar to what I used to eat in San Antonio. They offer the most authentic Mexican food I have found outside of West St. Paul... and I love the prices.
My only complaint is that I wish they were a bit more friendly (except for Oscar... he makes the experience enjoyable). They are not rude, but I wish they would lighten up and smile a little.1 of 2 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulOVERALL
