great place to take the kidsawesome to take the kids, feed the dolphins, kids 6 & above can ride on the quad bikes, sand toboggining, if thats such a word.great water views. if your looking to take the kids for a super relaxed weekend its a must do.4 of 4 Yahoo! Look for adventureStaying at the resort will be ideal if you're looking to spend your time on the island just laying on the beach and drinking beer. Very Nice a must if your visitng BrisbaneIsland is beautiful, nice sandy beaches and beautiful clear water. Did some snorkeling and though chilly at first was a very nice experience. Saw lots of turtles and some dolphins swimming around our boat. Only thing i would change about the trip would be to spend more time on the island.8 of 8 Yahoo! Heaven on EarthForget Tangalooma. It's a resort. Go camping, see what nature has to offer. Get the sand between your toes.
Morton Island is a 1hr barge ride from Brisbane across Morton Bay. If you can be responsible; hire a 4WD and see the whole island. Camp at Comboruro Point it's great. Visit 'The Desert' (a massive sandblow) at dawn. Go to the lakes. It's all beautiful. But have respect - we want it to stay that way.You did not find this review helpful.17 of 20 Yahoo!
