My wife and I yesterday used "A Taste of South Australia" for a trip to the Borrosa wine region. Chris our guide picked us up dead on time, figured out quickly what we were interested in and tailored the day to a best fit. Our guide was absolutely amazing. A very knowledgable gentlemen of food, wine, region and life :-} Borrosa of course is a wonderfull place, but Chris our guide made the day. A must if you are into wine and food.
