Fantastic!
I can't think of a better museum showcase for rock music. My family went to Seattle and ran the Marathon. After going to Pike Place shopping we visisted the EMP. Should have allowed much more time to take this in.
The hands on music booths/sound rooms were so coool, especially like "come as you are". I will visit many more times.
Hats off to whoever put this together.

I have never been to a more amazing place in my life it was so cool and intresting I learn so much stuff about music and the history of music.

what a great interactive museum. fun time for kids of all ages. I do wish there was more about canadian efforts. I would recommend it to anyone

I was frustrated because some of the "interactive" items weren't working and there was no control over how long people could take over an item and when crowded you couldn't get near any of the working items.

It was so much fun! My dad and I really enjoyed ourseleves while we were exploring just about everything there is about music, especially from that Seattle area. Highly recommended!

The EMP has something for everyone - go check it out! Their feature exhibit changes from time to time, so check their website to see whats going on before you visit. The mere size of the EMP's music memerobilia collection is worth the trip alone!

I liked this place, it was very busy though, you need alot of patients for this place but if you crazy about music history, then your gonna love it!

The EMP is very interactive, and has great local artist representation. We loved the audio tour and exhibits where you could play instruments, mix, and get 'behind the scenes' info. We hope to get back some day!

"Uncle" Paul doesn't really want you to go there; he just needed more closet space. You can sponsor a needy family for a month on the admission price. Shame on you Uncle Paul.
